Yes, you can shower, go to the gym, and swim with a hair system on! However, there are some precautions that need to be taken. Firstly, you should always wait 24-48 hours after installing the hair system before getting it wet or doing physical activity. The adhesives need time to bond properly, which they cannot do if they are exposed to significant moisture.

As well-designed as our wigs and hairpieces are, on occasion a little trim or a reshape might be just the thing to ensure the wig/hairpiece sits perfectly with your face shape. Also, lots of the fringes on our wigs are long so that they can be brushed to the side and you may want to change the fringe so that it goes straight across your forehead. If you choose to cut your wig we advise you to take it to the hairdressers so that you can put it on and the hairdresser can cut it whilst you are wearing it.
