UOMOHAIR General Item Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at UOMOHAIR. To ensure our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience, we have established comprehensive return and exchange policies.

ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS

All purchases qualify for fee-free cancellation within 24 hours of transaction completion. Subsequent cancellation requests initiated beyond this period will incur a 5% processing fee calculated on the total order amount. Cancellation privileges terminate immediately upon commencement of shipment procedures.

For post-delivery concerns, customers may reference our Returns Policy for guidance on eligible items and corresponding procedures.

Special Provisions: Customized orders become irrevocable following production activation. Clients are expressly advised to thoroughly verify all specifications prior to confirming bespoke merchandise transactions.

30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns of all eligible products within 30 days of the original shipment date.
Note: Customized products (e.g., custom cuts, colors) and services (e.g., custom hair services) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be in the original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, free of styling products/odors).
  • Have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.

INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
The following items cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Altered, worn, washed, or damaged products.
  • Custom orders, clearance items, final sale items, or Gift Gallery products.
  • Custom hair services.

Note: Ineligible items will be returned to you at your expense.

RETURN FEES
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us First
  2. Email our online department at utoupeeservice@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).
  3. Do not ship items without prior approval; unapproved returns may be refused.
  4. Ship the Item(s)
  5. Once approved, ship the item(s) to the address provided.
  6. Retain your proof of postage and tracking number; we are not liable for lost/stolen packages.

REFUND DETAILS

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–9 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns are processed only after we receive and inspect the item(s).
  • Refused packages (due to ineligibility or unapproved returns) will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Delays in bank processing are beyond our control.

Pls Note: The shipping address on the parcel that you received is not the return address. We are not responsible for any lost items if you return the parcel to this address.
